Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Before your credit card is processed, we will check stock on your items. If for some reason we are not reasonably certain you can receive your order within 10 working days, we will email you an estimated delivery date and give you the chance to confirm the order. Otherwise, you will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@goodtogetherhouse.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout..

At this time we do not offer free shipping. Shipping rates can vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Sorry, but at this time we do not ship overseas.

Yes! Please choose the order pickup option at checkout if you are in the Laguna Beach area and want to save on shipping costs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, and your purchase is not one of our final sale items, you can send it back to us for a 100% refund to your original form of payment or a 110% store credit.

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.

We have the right to deny any returns or store credit we feel do not meet these requirements.
